Demo: Seed TSAS Certificates

Step 1 — Ingests 2 SDS/MSDS files (Sandvik OS100, Urovo Battery) → creates waste categories + TSAS drafts.
Step 2 — Processes 3 signed TSAS PDFs from Amandelbult → upgrades drafts to Approved certificates.
Leaves remaining waste streams uncertified for live upload demonstration.

Danger Zone

Wipes all manifests, batches, anomaly logs and ESG reports, then reseeds 312 clean demo records across 10 sites. This cannot be undone.
